Sean Sampayan’s 2014 Honda Civic Si

Crew Name

NvUS (inland empire chapter)

Vehicle Year, Make, Model

2014 Honda Civic Si coupe

I’ve been a car guy since the mid 90s when I got my license. I got most of my knowledge of cars, mainly Honda from working on them with friends. I work full time and in my spare time I either work on my car or take it to the track.

How did you get started in the import scene?

I grew up around muscle cars from my parents. I began getting into the import scene in the late 90s, early 2000s with my friends from my job at the time. Whether it was wrenching on them or going to meets back then, it grew on me and I enjoyed the scene.

Why did you choose this car?

I wanted an all around car, one that can be a daily and still have balls on the track. This car has decent performance and handles very well. The car performs well yet still gets great gas mileage on the freeway.

What makes your build unique?

There’s a lot of “track inspired builds” out there that have yet seen any track days. After convincing from a friend Lloyd, I took one track day and was hooked on it. I appreciate all builds but like ones that are functional and are actually used for what they were built. I believe mine falls into that category.

Bio Of Car Crew

NvUS is a worldwide team which is more of a family than just a team that just shows up at car shows. I can travel anywhere and the local chapter will welcome me like family. NvUS has been great part of my life these past few years especially the chapter I’m in. I’m proud to call them my familia.

Sponsor / Shout Outs

I wanna shout out to all our team sponsors, Klutch, Downstar, skunk2, AG, also big thanks to Buddy club USA, Axion Industries, SceneHonda, top 1 motors, and HIC usa. I also wanna thank all my family and friends for their support. Big shout out to the Inland Empire chapter, as well as my good friend Manny for always helping me out if I ever need it.
