How fast is your car? If you own a performance vehicle that has or hasn’t been modified, chances are you’ve been asked this question dozens of times. If your car is unmodified maybe you respond with the best times recorded by an automotive magazine for your platform. If your car is modified maybe you tell them that the Stage 3 package with the e-tune that you did for your car is supposed to run low-12s. Guess what, your car probably doesn’t run that quick. DSPORT’s R33 GT-R Preparing For The West Coast Nationals

In celebration of IDRC’s 20th anniversary, DSPORT Magazine’s own R33 GT-R is currently being prepared for some personal record-breaking runs. Project RH8 needs no introduction to the avid DSPORT Magazine readers. 2018 Upgrades and Facts: • Bringing back the 2.8-liter instead of the 2.6-liter • 80whp gain from tuning alone • Upgraded electronics that allow for RWD burnouts • 1,270whp on the dyno without nitrous • Testing push nitrous system (100-130whp anticipated gain) • Expected to deliver 1,400whp before Sunday The previous personal best time for Project RH8 was 8.93 seconds in Las Vegas.
